New Exercise Physiology Service In Wolli Creek!

We are pleased to announce we now have a new Exercise Physiology service available at our New Wolli Creek location and servicing the inner west of Sydney. We  welcome Sarah Colyvas into our practice with her superior knowledge and experience for the treatment of acute conditions and chronic diseases.

Exercise Physiology is an allied health profession which uses exercise in the treatment of a range injuries, illnesses and pain to improve mobility, functionality and quality of life. Both aerobic and resistance exercise, stretching and balance training has shown to be effective in the rehabilitation of various musculoskeletal conditions and the management of other chronic diseases.

An Accredited Exercise Physiologist can provide treatment for the following conditions:

MOBILE EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY

This exercise treatment will be most beneficial for those with disability and mobility restrictions as it will outline specific light exercises that can be performed at home.
