FAQs Naturopathy

Generally speaking, your first few appointments may be some weeks apart, and become sparser as the treatment progresses and complaints improve. Your first follow-up may be 1-3 weeks after your initial, and future follow ups spaced out between 3-8 weeks, longer once you’ve entered a wellness / maintenance phase of your treatment. Any changes to your treatment plan / prescription may require a check-in within a few weeks to assess your response. Importantly, your preferences regarding the frequency of your appointments is always discussed and prioritised. To book click here.

Your supplements will be ordered and posted out for you directly from the suppliers. This ultimately ensures the best possible price for you.

This depends on your situation, condition and preferences. Your budgetary requirements will be discussed and prioritised before recommending supplements. You may be prescribed a custom blend of liquid herbs, and / or pre-formulated or compounded herbal / nutritional supplements. The cost of these varies based on the ingredients. Importantly, note that you will never be charged above the recommended retail price.

Notification of cancellation must be given at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the full fee of the appointment may be charged. This is to allow sufficient time for the waitlist to notified of new availabilities.
